How often do you stop and spend time to really understand yourself? If something upsets you, do you understand the reason why you get upset? Do you know how to confidently make the best life decisions for you? Do you know what motivates you?
In this video I share with you a great way to understand what is important to you in life. By really understanding this, you will find life so much easier.
Imagine that a sense of belonging is really important to you. Suddenly your job changes and you no longer work in a team; you now work very much on your own. This can cause you such an internal stress because it’s not congruent, it doesn’t fit with what is important for you.
By understanding and recognising your values means that you can make decisions about how to live your life. Living your life aligned to your values gives you a deep sense of control and enables you to build that true inner confidence.
People have such busy lives that often they don’t spend the time understanding themselves and what they want. Please do take the time this week to write down and prioritise what is important to you in life or in a specific area of your life: your career, relationships, health, wealth etc.
