This week’s video stemmed from a conversation with a friend of mine when discussing New Year Resolutions and why they don’t work. My friend said that January is a time to rest and plan the remainder of the year – a bit like our Winter season, where many of the plants are resting and building up energy for new growth in Spring. I tend to agree with her – these long dark nights and short days, I don’t want to take lots of action and like to curl up, reflect on the past year, think what I want to achieve for this year and then plan. As a former Project Manager within the Corporate world, I learned to plan rather than jump straight in – it saves time and energy in the long run. In this week’s video, I share with you a tip on how to plan and you will also see a way of daily reminding yourself of what you want to achieve……..spotted it?
