How Intelligent Are You?

What’s your perception of people’s Education levels? If you met someone with no qualifications, would you deem them unintelligent? Or perhaps you yourself don’t have a string of qualifications. Does it bother you and affect your Confidence level? I have met a number of people where the school system just didn’t work for them and they left school with minimal qualifications. However each one of them had amazing abilities and strengths such as knocking up a gastronomical meal from nothing; having fantastic people skills; designing and creating works of art; teaching themselves how to play a musical instrument proficiently; building a successful business etc etc

Many people think that intelligence is based on IQ, however is this an accurate measure of intelligence? When I was at school many moons ago, if you were gifted at maths or english then you were labelled as intelligent – what about being gifted at sport, art, nature, music? – aren’t these as equal? Isn’t David Beckham as intelligent as Einstein – just in a different way?
