What is a Confident person like? This is a question that I ask many of my clients, in the Create a Confident You workshops and on a 1:2:1 basis. Often the perception is that a Confident person is Arrogant. so it is no wonder that many people have issues with feeling more confident in their lives as they don’t want to be arrogant. People that need to behave in an arrogant way have little confidence and try and hide this by being arrogant.
