Step 6 of the 7 Steps to Confidence – A Confident Physiology
Image that you meet someone for the first time and they appear quietly confident; that true inner confidence, what would you notice?
What is their head position? Where do they look? What about their shoulders? Are they slumped forward or pulled slightly back and relaxed? What about their breathing? What else?
And what about your physiology? How do you appear to others?

In this video I share with you one very simple tip on appearing confident – and the more you practise, the more that you will be sending a powerful message to your brain.
