Lindsey has developed many people’s careers during her years as a successful senior manager within the corporate world and also as a freelance trainer. Within her responsibilities she set up many new teams and using her talent of identifying people’s unique qualities, she placed people in positions where they successfully flourished, and coached them in the confidence they needed to achieve their personal aspirations.
Having experienced a major career change herself gives Lindsey the appreciation of the types of emotions that her clients may be going through in their own career change. Her own life has totally benefited from this change; her health, relationships, stress levels and work/life balance has significantly improved.
