Are you suffering from stuck emotions? Life can throw us a curveball (or many all at one time). Unexpected situations such as loss, change and conflict can cause us to feel emotional in the extreme. And it seems that these situations make us feel sad, angry, jealous, or regretful; we can feel out of control and unable to cope even with everyday life.
Perhaps you can relate to the above? Let me assure you that feeling emotional is fine – there are no “bad” emotions. Can you imagine life with no emotions? Life would be very bland, just full of facts.
However, it’s a different matter when we have stuck emotions for a long time – weeks, months, or even years. Over time this can affect our physical and mental health, as well as our personal relationships.
