A great learning experience. My training style is very creative – often, by the end of workshops, the room is covered with visual reminders, materials and things participants have made throughout the programme. People learn more effectively when they use all of their senses and learning styles; building, sharing, reflecting. This also means my programmes create experiences where participants have fun and are in a flow-like state producing ‘lightbulb’ moments.
