Imagine having a weekend away in beautiful surroundings where you can immerse and focus on you and your own personal development; imagine having time where you have your very own personal MOT, where you develop your own roadmap for personal happiness.
Who is this Workshop for?
This residential weekend workshop is for you if you are serious about your own personal development and want to discover what you can offer to the world. It is for you if you want to go on a journey of personal growth, where you are the driver and decide on the nature of your journey. It is for you if you want to learn how to listen to your own inner compass so that you choose your own destination in your life.
What is the Workshop about?
The workshop is based on the book 101 Days to Make a Change, and is a springboard for you to effectively get back in the driving seat of your life with a handbook to guide and support you in the proceeding 101 days. You will
|SELF||Understand what makes who you are, develop your own potential, and learn practical techniques to clarify and achieve your goals.|
|OTHERS||Discover how to understand others, improve your relationships, build trust and develop strategies to have quality communications with others.|
|ENVIRONMENT||Learn that your own environment, be it home, work, business, and your world you live in, will become your ally for your future rather than aggressor.|
These 3 areas – SELF, OTHERS and ENVIRONMENT are interlinked with your success. Armed with invaluable insights from this workshop and by continuing on your journey, you will have increased confidence, reduce or eliminate any stress levels, develop new skills and start achieving firm goals.
The minimum you will get from coming on this workshop is a wonderful weekend away in a glorious setting, your own copy of the 101 Days to Make a Change Book and your own time over 2 days for productive and constructive reflection.
The maximum you will get, as well as the above, is a life changing, transformational experience where you will discover your very own roadmap for your own personal happiness in life.
Who is running the workshop with Lindsey?
I am honoured and delighted to be sharing running this workshop with Roy Leighton, the co-writer of 101 Days to Make a Change. Roy is one of the most inspiring speakers in education and personal development today, not only because of the genuinely useful and practical nature of his training but also because he talks to an audience as real life, living, loving human beings. With a major role in the BBC TV programme Confidence Lab, Roy has been working in value-based areas in education, the arts and business environments in the U.K. and internationally for over 25 years. He has written books on creativity, learning, parenting, leadership and confidence.
“I would like to thank you for the most amazingly thought-provoking, entraining and utterly brilliant training that I have ever received.”“My head’s still buzzing! I really feel as if I have beed drawn to look at learning and evolving in a whole new way and that for once, I will get off my backside and go out there and do something that will really make a difference.”“You are a truly inspirational person and I feel extremely lucky to have had the privilege of listening to you. I have also not laughed out loud so much in a very longtime…so thanks for that to.”“Roy Leighton should be bottled and consumed regularly.”
